Nous r\u00e9alisons pour cela une hospitalisation de jour des patients afin de r\u00e9aliser tous les examens n\u00e9cessaires (test d\u2019infusion, IRM, ponction lombaire d\u00e9pl\u00e9tive\u2026) au diagnostic et \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe infirmi\u00e8re du service et sa cadre de sant\u00e9 (Mme Khanfar), nous avons mis en place un parcours au cours de cette hospitalisation de jour qui est centr\u00e9 sur le patient et visant \u00e0 le rendre acteur de sa prise en charge. Nous associons les antalgiques usuels au cours des gestes invasifs (test d\u2019infusion, ponction lombaire\u2026) avec des techniques d\u2019hypnose ou de musicoth\u00e9rapie. Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une consultation infirmi\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique aux patients hydroc\u00e9phales qui veille \u00e0 aider le patient \u00e0 \u00eatre pris en charge \u00e9galement d\u2019un point de vue social, nutritionnel et psychologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, nous travaillons avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de neurochirurgie de Brest (Pr Seizeur) et de Caen (Pr Emery, Dr Borha) pour la mise en \u0153uvre des tests d\u2019infusion dans leurs unit\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grace au projet REVERT, nous aimerions d\u00e9velopper nos connaissances cliniques et physiopathologiques des hydroc\u00e9phalies \u00e0 pressions normales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la plurimodalit\u00e9 et compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 de nos examens (IRM de flux et tests d\u2019infusion).
