{"id":1478,"date":"2021-09-21T13:26:10","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T13:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/axd.f94.myftpupload.com\/?p=1478"},"modified":"2022-04-05T11:37:14","modified_gmt":"2022-04-05T11:37:14","slug":"using-neural-networks-to-identify-relevant-features","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revertproject.org\/fr\/using-neural-networks-to-identify-relevant-features\/","title":{"rendered":"L'Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Artois analyse des signaux de pression intracr\u00e2nienne et de flux \u00e0 l\u2019aide de r\u00e9seaux de neurones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dr Olivier Peltre (post-doc) et Dr Ya\u00ebl Fr\u00e9gier (MCF)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Le r\u00f4le de notre \u00e9quipe \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 d\u2019Artois est de d\u00e9tecter les caract\u00e9ristiques pertinentes contenues dans les signaux de pression intracr\u00e2nienne (ICP) et dans les signaux de flux (sang art\u00e9riel, sang veineux et liquide c\u00e9r\u00e9brospinal) \u00e0 l\u2019aide de r\u00e9seaux de neurones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 collecter, anonymiser et pr\u00e9parer les donn\u00e9es acquises au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par nos partenaires de Cambridge et d\u2019Amiens : plusieurs milliers d'ensembles de\u00a0donn\u00e9es\u00a0(infusion et IRM) ont ainsi pu \u00eatre rassembl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IRM donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une douzaine de pouls, de la dur\u00e9e d\u2019un cycle cardiaque typique, correspondant aux r\u00e9gions d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es par le radiologue (art\u00e8re carotide, veine jugulaire, liquide c\u00e9r\u00e9bro-spinal (LCS)\u00a0traversant les vert\u00e8bres cervicales \u2026). L\u2019examen d\u2019infusion permet quant \u00e0 lui un suivi \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution de la pression intracr\u00e2nienne sur une dur\u00e9e de 30\u201360\u00a0min, soit plusieurs milliers de pouls par patient.\u00a0Afin de comparer ces donn\u00e9es sur un m\u00eame pied, nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 segmenter le signal d\u2019ICP pour en extraire un ensemble de pouls individuels distincts associ\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoir plusieurs milliers de pouls par patient permettra par exemple d\u2019entra\u00eener un r\u00e9seau de neurones \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre si deux pouls proviennent du m\u00eame patient.
