Le CHU d'Amiens est l'un des deux \u00e9tablissements publics de sant\u00e9 universitaires et un centre tertiaire de la r\u00e9gion Hauts-de-France. Les \u00e9quipes de biophysiciens, neurochirurgiens et radiologues ont une exp\u00e9rience internationalement reconnue dans la prise en charge de l'hydroc\u00e9phalie. Environ 200 patients par an sont vus en consultation neurochirurgicale pour une suspicion de NPH. 50 % de ces patients pr\u00e9sentent un tableau clinico-radiologique compatible avec une NPH. Un \u00e0 deux patients par semaine b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'une hospitalisation d'un jour pour effectuer le bilan diagnostique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Une s\u00e9ance hebdomadaire d'IRM sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux probl\u00e8mes de dynamique cranio-spinale existe depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Le service de traitement des images m\u00e9dicales d\u00e9veloppe en interne ses propres solutions logicielles pour le traitement des IRM de flux. Ces logiciels sont utilis\u00e9s dans plusieurs centres internationaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le r\u00f4le principal du CHU d'Amiens au cadre de REVERT est ax\u00e9 sur la mise en \u0153uvre du diagnostic de l'hydroc\u00e9phalie par IRM en contraste de phase dans les autres h\u00f4pitaux du partenariat, y compris l'enseignement et la formation, le recrutement de patients pour subir les deux tests de diagnostic (flux et pression), ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux logiciels pour l'analyse et le couplage de la pression intracr\u00e2nienne et des flux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
