Our criteria include <strong>symptoms suggestive of NPH <\/strong>and a <strong>recent CT or MRI scan of the head<\/strong>. For further information about making a referral to Addenbrooke\u2019s Hospital, please email <a href=\"mailto:cuh.revert@nhs.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cuh.revert@nhs.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Health care professionals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Referrals to the REVERT service in Cambridge can be made by eRS, <a href=\"http:\/\/orion.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">orion.net<\/a> or letter to the Neurosurgery Service, Addenbrooke\u2019s Hospital.
